I specialize in using what you already have, to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for (home staging), or a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort (redesign).
Walk and Talk Consultation
This consult is for the client that wants to take a “Do It Yourself” approach. The stager and homeowner will walk the space from room to room discussing a plan to prepare the home to go on the market. A folder will be given to the client with a checklist of common staging recommendations, the client is encouraged to take any notes of suggestions made. This service is for up to 2 hours.
Consultation with Written Report
This consultation consists of the stager walking the space, making notes and taking photos for reference. With all info gathered the stager will then create a PDF report of the plan of action, such as what to declutter, furniture placement, paint color suggestions and more. This report is very detailed and several pages in length and will be emailed to the homeowner and Realtor (if requested). The report will be sent within 48 hours of in-home part of consult.
Room Therapy- Room Therapy is a part consult and part staging combined in one visit. The stager will go from room to room with you discussing and making notes of the changes that we agree together should be made. Once we finish discussing I will tackle some of the rearranging and placement of things for you with time that is left. Room Therapy can also be used for clients that are not selling their home, but would just like a quick, refreshed look in their current living space. I will make notes of changes and suggestions of purchases for you to keep. This service is for up to 2 hours.
This service is mainly for vacant staging. A preview of the property is required in order to get a scope of the property and for the stager to make notes and take photos in-order to get a plan of action together for the upcoming staging day.
Half Day Occupied Home Staging
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations. On this day I will be spending up to 4 hours at your home and working from the action plan we created together at your consultation. I will enhance the flow and overall aesthetics of the main areas of the home all while using things you currently own. (Any cosmetic updates we decide on will need to be done prior to actual staging) Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving. (Up to 4 hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to an hourly rate).
Full Day Occupied Home Staging
Do you have a larger home (over 2,500 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem! On this day I will be spending up to 8 hours at your home and working from the action plan we created together at your consultation. I will enhance the flow and overall aesthetics of the main areas of the home all while using things you currently own. (Any cosmetic updates we decide on will need to be done prior to actual staging day) We will work for up to 8 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go. Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving (Up to 8 hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to an hourly rate).
A home on the market almost always makes its first impression in online photos. In this service I will come to your home several hours before your photographer is scheduled. I will arrange your furniture and bring in some of my gorgeous accessories to complete the look in order to complete the look and get higher impact photos. Once photos are taken (that same day) I will pack up all my accessories unless an accessory rental agreement was made prior.
Accessory Rental Packages
Basic Accessory Package- This package includes rental of living accessories, dining accessories and 3-5 pieces of artwork and/or decorative mirrors.
Deluxe Accessory Package- This package includes rental of living accessories, dining accessories, 3-5 pieces of artwork and/or decorative mirrors, 8x10 area rug and 2 lamps.

This service is all online and so easy. After a questionnaire of getting to know you, your style preferences and your needs I will create a custom design board tailored to your space. You get a chance to approve or revise the selections. Once you have approved all items you will be sent a shopping link to purchase everything you loved. This is a great service using expert sourcing and design expertise in a detailed room plan with product links at a fraction of the cost of full service design.
